Transformation of 10,000 tonnes of cocoa raw materials with an output of 3,000 tonnes of cocoa butter and 6,000 tonnes of cocoa cake. The factory also deodorizes additional 3,000 tonnes of cocoa butter coming from the Ivory Coast factory.
