Transformation of 10,000 tonnes of cocoa raw materials with an output of 3,000 tonnes of cocoa butter and 6,000 tonnes of cocoa cake. The semi-finished products are sent to Spain for final stages of the industrial processing in order to guarantee all products are EU-compliant in terms of quality and safety.
