Philosophy

Our path has always been shaped by evolution and specialization. Within Nessentis, as a family-owned and independent group, and through a solid industrial structure and a direct connection with the origin of the raw material, Moner has consolidated its position as a company specialized in cocoa powder. A history that combines experience, international vision and family roots.

Moner continues to develop its activity with a solid industrial structure, doubling its production capacity and reaffirming its commitment to quality, process and the origin of cocoa.

Facilities

Moner has three production centers located in Viladecans and La Selva del Camp (Spain) and in Abidjan (Ivory Coast). From the source, all raw materials, auxiliary materials and intermediate products entering the facilities are precisely controlled through verification and food safety processes.

It has its own laboratories for microbiological, physicochemical and organoleptic analyses, both of products in process and final products. Nothing leaves the facilities without having been approved by our Quality teams.

Sustainability + RSC

Sustainability + RSC

Aligned with Nessentis' global sustainability strategy, at Moner we understand that, as an industrial company transforming cocoa derivatives, our responsibility must have a twofold response: one focused on mitigating the impacts generated through our production activity and another focused on mitigating our environmental and social impact at origin, promoting a responsible cocoa value chain. Likewise, we promote a safe and healthy work environment, and we ensure that we carry out our activity with transparency, consistency and long-term commitment.
